The 10 KDN Pathways were created to help you develop in these different areas.
But you don't have to begin with all 10.
Begin with the Pathway that addresses what you need most right now.

Finding your Pathway is not about choosing a permanent label.
You are not "a Leader person" or "a Word person" forever.
The Pathways represent different dimensions of Kingdom development, and most Kingdom Builders will eventually benefit from several—or all—of them.

Start With The Word
Maybe you read Scripture but struggle to understand how everything fits together.
Perhaps you want a stronger biblical foundation.

Or perhaps you simply recognize that everything else you hope to do for the Kingdom needs a stronger biblical foundation beneath it.

Maybe you want to understand the Holy Spirit more biblically.
Perhaps you struggle to distinguish God's leading from your own thoughts, emotions, preferences, or desires.

Or you may simply recognize that you don't want to build your life through human wisdom and strength alone.
The Voice helps develop spiritual attentiveness, biblical discernment, surrender, obedience, and increasing responsiveness to the Holy Spirit.

The Build helps Kingdom Builders identify real needs, clarify vision, design solutions, build teams, test ideas, develop systems, steward resources, and create sustainable ministry.

How do I turn this idea into something real?
How do I know whether my ministry idea will actually work?
Where do I begin?
How do I build something that can grow beyond me?

Start With The Mission
Maybe you want greater confidence sharing your faith.
Perhaps you want to become more involved in your community.
You may feel called toward evangelism, discipleship, service, compassion, or cross-cultural mission.
Or perhaps you have realized that your Christian life has become primarily inward-focused.
The Mission helps you understand God's mission and become more intentional about reaching, serving, loving, and discipling people.

You may lead people.

The Influencer helps Kingdom Builders understand how influence works and develop greater credibility, communication, reach, cultural awareness, network development, and responsible use of platforms.
Choose The Influencer if you're asking:
How can I increase my Kingdom influence?
How can I communicate ideas more effectively?
How do I build trust and credibility?
How can digital platforms be used responsibly for Kingdom impact?

Start With Spiritual Gifts
Maybe you want to serve but aren't sure where you fit.

That's normal.
The Pathways are interconnected because Christian development is interconnected.

You may be developing influence while recognizing your need for deeper spiritual surrender.

The KDN Pathways are not designed to place you into one permanent category.
They are designed to develop the whole Kingdom Builder.
You may begin with Spiritual Gifts because you are trying to discover where you fit.
That discovery may lead you toward The Mission.
Mission may expose your need for Biblical Apologetics.
A ministry opportunity may lead you into The Build.
As responsibility grows, you may need The Leader.
Greater influence may eventually require development through The Influencer.
And throughout the journey, The Word, The Voice, Biblical Hermeneutics, and other Pathways can continue strengthening your foundation.
Your development changes as your responsibility changes.
The Pathways are designed to grow with you.
Your Pathways Work Together
No Kingdom capability develops completely in isolation.
Consider someone who senses a call to build a ministry.
Spiritual Gifts can help clarify how they are equipped.
The Voice helps them remain surrendered to God's direction.
The Word keeps the ministry grounded biblically.
The Build helps turn the vision into something practical.
The Leader helps them develop people and teams.
The Mission keeps the ministry focused outward.
The Influencer helps extend its reach.
Biblical Hermeneutics strengthens how Scripture is interpreted.
Biblical Apologetics strengthens the ability to engage questions.
Bible Prophecy develops understanding within another significant area of biblical revelation.
This is why the Pathways form a development system, not a collection of unrelated programs.
Your Pathway Is Part of a Larger Journey
Finding your Pathway is only one part of Kingdom development.
Across Kingdom Destination Network, the larger journey moves through four interconnected movements:
Discover
Recognize your gifts, calling, interests, opportunities, and areas where development is needed.
Develop
Build biblical understanding, spiritual maturity, leadership capacity, ministry skills, and Kingdom capability through the KDN Pathways.
Build
Put what you are developing into action through service, leadership, ministry, collaboration, KDN Gatherings, and ministry-development opportunities.
Multiply
Help develop others, strengthen churches and ministries, expand Kingdom impact, and create opportunities for more people to participate.
The objective is not simply to complete a Pathway.
The objective is to become increasingly prepared to participate in what God is doing.
Don't Wait Until You Feel Completely Ready
Development begins before mastery.
You don't need to know everything about Scripture before beginning The Word.
You don't need to be a leader before beginning The Leader.
You don't need a functioning ministry before beginning The Build.
You don't need a large audience before beginning The Influencer.
You don't need to understand every spiritual gift before exploring your own.
You begin because there is something you need to develop.
Then you learn.
Practice.
Apply.
Grow.
Take responsibility.
And eventually help someone else do the same.
